Virtues Skincare was created by Claudia and Carlos Mendizabal who reside in Laguna Niguel, California. Claudia, a licensed Master Esthetician, was born and raised in the northern hills of Honduras. It was there that she learned from her grandmother holistic healing and medicinal practices. Carlos is a business entrepreneur.
